1. Do you offer both ready-made and customized products?
Yes! We offer a range of pre-designed resin products as well as fully customized orders. You can shop directly from our website or place a custom request as per your preference.
2. How can I place a custom order?
We’ve made it easy!
Click the “Custom Order” button in our header.
You can either chat with us directly on WhatsApp or fill out a short form with your requirements.
Our team will then get in touch to finalize the details.
3. Can I preview the design before final delivery?
If required, our team can share a digital preview or layout before finalizing your customized order.
Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does delivery take?
Ready-made products are shipped within 2–3 working days, while customized orders take 3–5 working days to prepare. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days depending on your location.
5. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners.
Payment
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through secure payment gateways.
7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, COD is not available since customized products are made specifically for you.
Returns & Refunds
8. Can I return my order?
Yes, we have a 5-day return policy, valid only for damaged or incorrect items.
Important: A video of parcel opening is required as proof to initiate any return process.
9. How long does the refund take?
After we approve the return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
